摘要
主要介绍兴澄特钢4300mm宽厚板轧机压下装置装配形式、结构原理。针对在生产过程中遇到的滑动轴承异常磨损和轧制时压下装置反转回抬问题,通过持续跟踪观察,详细分析了故障产生的原因及机理,改进设计缺陷,改善布置形式,优化部件选型,最终降低了压下装置故障率,保证了钢板轧制精度控制,提高了生产效率。
This paper mainly introduces the assembly form and structure principle of screwdown device in Xingcheng Special Steel 4300 mm wide thick plate mill. In view of the abnormal wear of sliding bearing and the reverse lifting of screwdown device during rolling in the production process, through continuous tracking and observation, the causes and mechanism of fault are analyzed in detail, the design defects are improved, the layout form is improved, and the component selection is optimized. Finally, the failure rate of screwdown device is reduced, the control of steel plate rolling accuracy is ensured, and the production efficiency is improved.
