宝钢低压电网无功当量分析

Reactive Economic Equivalent Analysis in Baosteel Low Voltage Network

摘要 炼铁工序是钢铁企业用电大户,对炼铁区域进行电网的潮流仿真计算,对指导下一步的降低电网损耗工作有重要意义。本文以烧结为样本利用BPA软件进行电网潮流仿真计算,计算出了典型的400V负荷中心的无功经济当量。提出了在类似宝钢这样用电负荷高度集中的工矿企业,降低电网损耗切入点。 Ironmaking process is a large power consumer in iron and steel enterprises. It is of great significance to conduct power flow simulation calculation of power grid in ironmaking area to guide the work of reducing power grid loss. In this paper, taking sintering as a sample, BPA software is used for power flow simulation calculation, and the reactive economic equivalent of a typical 400 V load center is calculated.This paper puts forward the starting point of reducing power grid loss in industrial and mining enterprises like Baosteel, where the power load is highly concentrated.
