摘要
针对2800mm中厚板精轧机推床存在冲击大、故障率高等问题,采用以液压驱动结合机械传动的推床系统,对其进行技术改造,并对推床液压系统主要参数进行了计算分析,设计了推床液压系统工作油缸动作原理图,改造后,降低了推床故障时间,提高了企业生产效率,为中厚板轧机推床改造提供了一种方法。
In view of the problems of large impact and high failure rate of the manipulator of 2800 mm plate finishing mill, a type of manipulator with hydraulic driving system combined with mechanical transmission is adopted to carry out technical renovation. The main parameters of hydraulic system for the manipulator are calculated and analyzed, and the working cylinder of the hydraulic system for the manipulator is designed. After technical renovation, the failure time of the manipulator is reduced. It improves the production efficiency of the enterprise and provides a renovation method for the manipulator of the plate mill.
