基于AE信号的切入式磨削模型及工艺试验

摘要 针对切入式磨削数控机床的在线监测需求,根据声发射信号强度与磨削力的关系以及传统磨削力理论模型,建立了基于AE信号的切入式磨削均方根曲线理论模型。开展了基于AE信号的磨削工艺试验,分析了不同工装方式、不同加工位置、不同工件材质等磨削重要因素对磨削过程中AE信号的影响规律。对AE信号均方根曲线理论模型进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,所建立的基于AE信号的切入式磨削曲线模型对磨削过程中的AE信号具有良好的预测精度。 Aiming at the requirement of online monitoring of CNC machine tools for plunge grinding,a theoretical model of root mean square curve of plunge grinding based on AE signal was established according to the relationship between acoustic emission signal intensity and grinding force and traditional grinding force theoretical model.Grinding process experiments based on AE signals were carried out,and the influence rules of important grinding factors such as different tools,different machining positions and different workpiece materials on AE signals in the grinding process were analyzed.The theoretical model of AE signal root mean square curve was tested and verified.The experimental results show that the established curve model based on AE signals has a good prediction accuracy for AE signals in the grinding process.
