基于图像处理的打叶参数研究

摘要 目前在打叶效果与各打叶主要参数之间没有一个准确的数学模型,打叶过程主要依靠经验对各参数进行调节。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于图像处理的利用线性回归方程在两者之间建立数学模型的方法。对于烟片面积特征值的提取统计问题,以烟片图像二值化后像素值为0的所有像素点个数之和来表示。通过分析,烟叶片型的大小主要与打辊转速相关。成功建立了打叶后烟片片型与各主要参数之间的联系。 At present,there is no accurate mathematical model between the threshing effect and the main parameters of threshing.The threshing process mainly relies on experience to adjust the parameters.Aiming at the above problems,this paper proposes a method based on image processing and using linear regression equation to establish a mathematical model between the two.For the statistical problem of extracting the characteristic value of the area of the cigarette,it is expressed as the sum of all the pixel points whose pixel value is 0 after the binarization of the cigarette image.Through analysis,the size of the tobacco slice is mainly related to the speed of the beater.In the end,the relationship between the tobacco slice after threshing and the main parameters is successfully established.
