摘要 以某型号深孔内圆磨杆为研究对象,运用SolidWorks对磨杆进行几何建模,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对模型进行静力学、模态及谐响应分析,研究磨杆在真实工况下的静力变形状况,以及在自由振动情况下的前6阶固有频率和振型状况以及在激振力作用下的动力响应特征。分析结果表明:磨杆前端变形量最大,但最大应力未超过材料的屈服极限;磨杆最小固有频率为68.037 Hz,相对应最小共振转速为4082 r/min,与磨杆设计转速区间相重叠,应对磨杆进行结构优化设计,避免工作中引起共振。 The deep hole internal grinding tool is taken as the research object.Use SolidWorks to build geometric modeling.The finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the statics,modal and harmonic response of the model.The purpose is to study the static deformation of the tool under real working conditions,the first six order natural frequencies and mode shapes under free vibration,and the dynamic response characteristics under excitation force.The results show that the deformation of the front end of the tool is the largest,but the maximum stress doesn’t exceed the yield limit of the material.The minimum natural frequency of the grinding rod is 68.037 Hz,and the corresponding minimum resonance speed is 4082 r/min,overlapping with the design speed range of the tool.The structural optimization design of the tool should be carried out to avoid resonance in the work.
