地方新工科机械类专业产教融合模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Industry and Education Integration Mode of Local Emerging Engineering Education Machinery Specialty

目前由于地方新工科院校发展中资金投入不足导致了师资、基础设施、课程建设等突出问题,而产教融合是解决地方院校新工科建设的重要途径。应从地方新工科教育理念、产教融合管理机制、人才培养模式、师资队伍建设、共建校内外创新创业平台等方面对产教融合的模式进行优化、完善与探索。以河北水利电力学院机械类专业为例介绍了在专业设置紧扣区域经济发展的背景下,从产教融合企业、师资队伍建设、人才培养模式等方面进行了产教融合模式的具体实践。

At present,the lack of capital investment in the development of local colleges and universities of Emerging Engineering Education has led to prominent problems such as teachers,infrastructure and curriculum construction,and the integration of industry and education is an important way to solve the Emerging Engineering Education construction of local colleges and universities.We should optimize,perfect and explore the mode of industry and education integration from the aspects of local Emerging Engineering Education education concept,industry and education integration management mechanism,talent training mode,teacher team construction,coconstruction of innovation and entrepreneurship platform inside and outside the school,etc.Taking the mechanical specialty of Hebei Institute of Water Resources and Electric Engineering as an example,this paper introduces the specific practice of the industry and education integration from the aspects of industry and education integration enterprise,teaching staff construction,talent training mode and so on.
