农林院校研究生思想政治教育现状及新格局构建研究--以山东农业大学为例

Research on the Current Situation and New Pattern Construction of Ideological and Political Education for Postgraduates in Agricultural and Forestry Universities:Taking Shandong Agricultural University as an Example

在问卷调查的基础上,从研究生思想政治教育工作、研究生思想政治教育队伍和研究生思想政治教育改革困境三个方面综合分析了农林院校研究生思想政治教育的现状,审视了农林院校研究生思想政治教育面临的教育模式与研究生管理体制机制不健全、科研至上理念导致教育主体缺位、科研与思想政治教育结合不深等问题,提出了构建“五位一体”的思想政治育人“大合唱”式新格局的创新路径,对于提升农林院校研究生思想政治教育质量具有重要的参考价值。

Based on the questionnaire survey,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of postgraduates ideological and political education in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities from three aspects:postgraduates ideological and political education,postgraduates ideological and political education team and postgraduates ideological and political education reform dilemma,such as imperfect management system and mechanism,lack of educational subject caused by the supremacy of scientific research,and lack of deep combination of scientific research and ideological and political education.We put forward an innovative path to build a new pattern of“chorus”of“five in one”in ideological and political education,which has important reference value for improving the quality of postgraduates ideological and political education in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities.
