摘要 本文概括了各种基于现代分析技术的润滑油定量分析方法及手段,阐述了各种检测手段(X射线荧光光谱分析法、电感耦合等离子体方法、原子光谱检测方法、激光诱导击穿光谱法等)对润滑油分析的研究进展及检测优缺点,重点阐述了基于铝靶为基底的LIBS检测技术在增强信号、提高检测限的优势。对基于LIBS技术在润滑油的快速、准确检测上进行了展望,为润滑油金属分析工作提供了参考。 Various quantitative analysis methods and methods of lubricating oil based on modern analysis technology were summarized,and various detection methods(X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy,inductively coupled plasma method,atomic spectroscopy detection method,laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy,etc)on the research progress and detection advantages and disadvantages of lubricating oil analysis were expounded,focusing on the advantages of LIBS detection technology based on aluminum target in enhancing the signal and improving the detection limit.The rapid and accurate detection of lubricating oil based on LIBS technology was prospected,which provided a reference for the analysis of lubricating oil metals.
