我国建设用地土壤污染状况调查的现状与建议

Present Situation and Suggestions of Soil Pollution Investigation of Construction Land in China

土壤资源是人类赖以生存的基础,也是环境友好发展不可或缺的组成部分。随着我国工业经济的快速发展及城镇化过程的推进,建设用地的土壤污染问题日益突出,目前我国建设用地土壤污染状况调查中仍存在着采样点位不合理、检测因子一刀切、采样质量难把控、评估报告不科学等问题。本文针对建设用地土壤污染状况调查现状中存在的一些难点与问题进行分析,并提出一些建议与措施,为今后土壤场地调查的技术发展提供依据。

Soil resources are the basis of human survival and an indispensable part of environment-friendly development.With the rapid development of industrial economy and the promotion of urbanization in China,the soil pollution problem of construction land is becoming increasingly prominent.At present,there are still some problems in the investigation of soil pollution of construction land in China,such as unreasonable sampling points,one size fits all detection factors,difficult to control sampling quality,unscientific evaluation report and so on.Some difficulties and problems existing in the investigation of soil pollution on construction land were analyzed,and some suggestions and measures to provide basis for the technical development of soil site investigation in the future were put forward.
