摘要
2018年1月苯乙烯装置停工进行了脱氢催化剂的换剂,在换剂完成后的粗苯乙烯塔开工过程中,在粗苯乙烯塔进料21 t/h,装置生产负荷约为80%,塔顶压力抽到正常工作压力22 kPaA时,发现压控返回阀阀位关小到1%,与换剂之前同样操作条件下,压控返回阀阀位开度有很大差距,单泵运行提供粗苯乙烯塔的负压已经远远满足不了苯乙烯装置高负荷的稳定运行,粗苯乙烯塔平稳运行的能力下降。
In January 2018,the styrene unit was shut down and the dehydrogenation catalyst was changed.After completion of the change agent of styrene tower construction process,when the coarse styrene tower was fed with 21 t/h,the production load of the unit was about 80%,and the tower top pressure was pumped to the normal working pressure of 22 kPaA,it was found that the valve position of the pressure-controlled return valve was reduced to 1%.Under the same operating conditions as before the change,the valve position opening of the pressure-controlled return valve was greatly different.The negative pressure provided by the single pump operation of the coarse styrene tower was far from meeting the stable operation of styrene unit under high load,and the stable operation ability of coarse styrene tower was decreased.
