摘要 1|INTRODUCTION Ecthyma gangrenosum(EG)is a rare invasive cutaneous infection primarily caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa in immunosuppressed patients. It is characterized by a painless necrotic ulceration with a surrounding erythematous halo and is usually associated with Pseudomonas aeruginosa septicemia.EG is extremely rare in the periorbital region, and there have been no other reported infant cases with orbital bone erosion.
