1|INTRODUCTION Ecthyma gangrenosum(EG)is a rare invasive cutaneous infection primarily caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa in immunosuppressed patients.It is characterized by a painless necrotic ulceration with a surrounding erythematous halo and is usually associated with Pseudomonas aeruginosa septicemia.EG is extremely rare in the periorbital region,and there have been no other reported infant cases with orbital bone erosion.
