新时代应用型高校后勤文化建设路径探究

高校后勤的改革发展与国家社会以及高校的发展紧密相连,新时代我国开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程,需要高校培养政治素养高、理论知识精、实践能力强的时代新人。应用型高校旨在培养服务国家、服务人民的工程师型人才,在学校“十四五”规划中会更注重思政教育与实践创新教育。后勤建设为与之匹配,将从“管理+选择服务”的模式逐步向“内生+服务升级”的模式转变,而这一过程的实现需要符合学校发展需求且有自身特色的后勤文化引领,融合红色资源、马克思主义劳动观念、中华传统文化、绿色发展理念,并综合反映在校园环境、服务师生和校园实践等方面,协助完成全过程育人,促进后勤内生式发展。

The reform and development of university logistics is closely connected with the development of national society and colleges and universities.In the new era,China starts the journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,which requires colleges and universities to cultivate new people with high political literacy,excellent theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability.Applied universities aim to cultivate engineers who serve the country and the people.They will pay more attention to ideological and political education and practical innovation education in the 14 th five year plan.In order to match it,the logistics construction will gradually change from the mode of"management+selection service"to the mode of"endogenous+service upgrading".The realization of this process needs the logistics culture that meets the development needs of the school and has its own characteristics to guide the development of relevant work,specifically integrating red resources,Marxist labor concept,Chinese traditional culture and green development concept,then comprehensively reflected in the campus environment,serving teachers and students and campus practice,to help complete the whole process of education and promote the endogenous development of logistics.
