高职院校学生就业能力自评调查——以贵州工商职业学院大健康学院为例

Investigation and Analysis on the Employability of Nursing Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

就业能力是学生能否就业、能否胜任工作的关键因素。为应对大健康产业化背景下高职院校毕业生更高的就业要求和期待,本研究采用问卷调查的方式了解高职院校学生就业能力现状,分析高职院校学生就业能力方面存在的问题。对高职院校学生如何提升就业能力提出对策建议,以期为高职院校开展提升大学生就业能力的工作提供建议和参考。

The level of employment is the key factor for employment.In order to copewith the higher employment requirements and expectations of graduates from higher vocational colleges under the background of big health industrialization,the questionnaire survey was adopted to understand the current situation of students’employability of highervocational colleges,and finds out the relevant problems.It will offer some suggestion and reference to improve students’employability in higher vocational colleges.
