自调式膜片弹簧离合器的优化分析及寿命评估 被引量:1

摘要 分别对自调式膜片弹簧离合器的基本参数、膜片弹簧和力感应弹簧进行优化分析,在此基础上对其寿命进行评估。优化结果表明:基本参数设计比原始结构尺寸设计更紧凑;膜片弹簧的尺寸参数更加合理,压紧力和踏板力大幅度减少;力感应弹簧零刚度载荷值明显的减少。寿命评估结果表明:汽车在城市或近郊路面行驶时,离合器磨损使用寿命里程约为32000 km,在道路坡度较大及干砂里面行驶,其磨损使用寿命里程约为13010 km。极限路况下,在滚动阻力系数较小的路面行驶,离合器的磨损使用寿命里程较长,反则磨损寿命里程较短。本文研究结果可为自调式膜片弹簧离合器的结构优化和寿命评估的分析提供理论依据。 In this paper, the basic parameters of the self-adjusting diaphragm spring clutch, the diaphragm spring and the force-sensitive spring are optimized and analyzed, and the service life is evaluated on this basis. The optimization results show that the basic parameter design is more compact than the original structural size design;the size parameters of the diaphragm spring are more reasonable, the pressing force and pedal force are greatly reduced;the zero stiffness load value of the force induction spring is significantly reduced. The life evaluation results show that when the car is driving on urban or suburban roads, the clutch wear service life mileage is about 32000 km, and when the road is steep and dry sand, its wear service life mileage is about 13010 km. Under extreme road conditions, driving on a road with a small rolling resistance coefficient will have a longer wear life mileage of the clutch, on the contrary, the wear life mileage will be shorter. The research results of this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of the structure optimization and life evaluation of the self-adjusting diaphragm spring clutch.
