欧洲区R290冷媒变频热泵空调性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 R290作为替代R32、R410A等制冷剂的新型天然制冷剂,不仅有着环保、低GWP的优点,其优秀的热力性能、易生产获得及政府的补贴等因素,使得R290越来越受空调企业青睐。通过对一款欧洲区1.5P变频热泵空调分别采用R290与R32两种冷媒进行测试,结果表明R290系统采用φ5换热器可以满足欧洲A++/A+能效等级,且R290系统制冷SEER相对于R32φ7换热器提升约2.4%,制热SCOP下降约6.3%,充注量下降59.5%。由于R290冷媒GWP值极低,使得R290类型空调产品在欧洲市场销售可以享受较低的碳排放税收。 As a new natural refrigerant that replaces R32,R410 A and other refrigerants,R290 not only has the advantages of environmental protection and low GWP,but its excellent thermal performance,easy production access and government subsidies have made R290 more and more popular among air-conditioning companies.This paper tested a European 1.5 P variable frequency heat pump air conditioner using R290 and R32 refrigerants.The results show that the R290 system adopts aφ5 heat exchanger to meet the European A++/A+energy efficiency rating,and the R290 system refrigeration SEER is relative to R32 φ7 The heat exchanger is increased by about 2.4%,the heating SCOP is decreased by about 6.3%,and the charge volume is decreased by 59.5%.Due to the extremely low GWP value of R290 refrigerant,R290 type air-conditioning products can enj oy lower carbon emission taxes when sold in the European market.
