摘要 用一组经验数据大致介绍了地埋管系统中最常用的单U形管,双U形管的换热及应用情况。结合地源热泵系统工程技术规范GB50366-2009简述了岩土热响应试验的重要性、测试要求、工程中土壤综合导热系数计算的理论基础。竖直地埋管换热系统设计计算应在全年总释热量和总吸热量基本平衡的前提条件下进行,需要对应用项目进行全年供暖空调动态负荷计算,从而确定总钻孔长度、埋管末端布置方式、用于调峰的其他冷热源选型等。以遵义某酒店项目为例,假设夏季排热量及冬季吸热量满足土壤热平衡要求,初步对地源热泵主机进行了选型及运行工况修正,并简单介绍了设计单位与专业地源热泵厂家的相关配合工作,为设计院同行在进行地埋管地源热泵项目的设计时提供一定的工作方向引导。 Based on empirical data,this paper introduces the heat transfer performance and application of the most commonly used single U-shaped pipe and double U-shaped pipe of ground source heat pump system.Refer to GB50366-2009,The importance,test requirements and theoretical basis of rock and soil thermal response test are briefly described in engineering.The design and calculation of the vertical buried pipe heat exchange system should be carried out on the premise that the total annual heat release and total heat absorption are basically balanced.It is necessary to calculate the dynamic heating and air conditioning load for the application project throughout the year,so as to determine the total borehole length,the arrangement of the buried pipes and peak-shaving selection of other energy sources.At last,a hotel project in Zunyi is taken as an example.Assuming that the heat discharge in summer and the heat absorption in winter meet the requirements of soil heat balance,ground source heat pump units are preliminarily selected with performance parameters modified according to operating conditions.Coordination work between the designing institute and professional ground source heat pump manufacturer is briefly introducted to provide simple guidance for designers of ground source heat pump projects.
