低角膜内皮细胞密度白内障行超声乳化术临床效果观察

摘要 目的观察低角膜内皮细胞白内障患者行超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入术手术效果。方法共收集17例18眼角膜内皮细胞密度<1500/mm^(2)白内障患者,由同一医生行超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术,术后3个月观察视力、角膜内皮细胞密度变化及术中术后并发症。结果术后3个月所有患者视力均有不同程度提高,角膜内皮细胞丢失率为5.4%-14.3%,平均10.2%±1.6%。无角膜内皮失代偿发生。结论低角膜内皮细胞密度白内障患者,在术前做好评估,术中注意操作,行超声乳化术是安全有效的。 Objective To observe the effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in cataract patients with low corneal endothelial cells.Methods In 18 eyes of 17 patients with cataract whose corneal endothelial cell density<1500/mm^(2),phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with iol implantation was performed,and the visual acuity,corneal endothelial cell density and complications were observed 3 months after the operation.Results Three months after the operation,the visual acuity was improved to different degrees,and the loss rate of corneal endothelial cells was 5.4%-14.3%,with an average of 10.2%±1.6%.No corneal endothelial decompensation occurred.Conclusions Phacoemulsification for cataract with low corneal endothelial cell density is safe and effective.
