玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液改善老年白内障患者术后角膜损伤和修复角膜内皮细胞的研究

Effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops on corneal injury and corneal endothelial cells repair in senile cataract patients

目的探讨老年白内障患者手术后采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合重组人表皮生长因子的作用。方法选取我院收治的老年白内障术后患者80例(80眼),研究开展时间:2019年6月至2020年5月,分组方法根据随机数字表法,将80例患者分成两组,分别设置为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),对照组实施玻璃酸钠滴眼液单一治疗,观察组实施玻璃酸钠滴眼液与rhEGF滴眼液联合治疗,分析两组患者疗效及治疗前后角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分、角膜内皮细胞修复情况,统计治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)等炎性因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05);在FL评分上,两组治疗后较治疗前均有显著下降(P<0.05),与对照组相比,观察组治疗后评分更低(t=6.904,P<0.05);在角膜内皮细胞变异系数上,两组治疗后较治疗前均有显著下降(P<0.05),与对照组相比,观察组治疗后更低(t=5.491,P<0.05);在角膜内皮细胞密度、六角形细胞比例上,两组治疗后较治疗前均有明显提高(P<0.05),与对照组相比,观察组治疗后更高(t=5.873、6.327,P<0.05);在TNF-α、IL-6等炎性因子水平上,两组治疗后较治疗前均有显著下降(P<0.05),与对照组相比,观察组治疗后水平更低(t=7.879、5.493,P<0.05)。结论采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合rhEGF滴眼液对老年白内障患者进行治疗,对术后角膜损伤改善具有重要作用,且促进内皮细胞修复。

Objective To investigate the effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)eye drops on corneal injury and repair of corneal endothelial cells in senile cataract patients.Method 80 cases(80 eyes)of senile cataract patients were selected,Research time:June 2019 to may 2020,Grouping method:according to the random number table method,80 patients were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40),The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops alone,while the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops and rhEGF eye drops,The curative effect,corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score,corneal endothelial cell repair before and after treatment were analyzed.The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and other inflammatory factors before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05);In FL score,after treatment,the fl score of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(t=6.904,P<0.05);The coefficient of variation of corneal endothelial cells in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and was lower in the observation group than in the control group(t=5.491,P<0.05);The density of corneal endothelial cells and the proportion of hexagonal cells in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and were higher in the observation group than in the control group(t=5.873,6.327,P<0.05);The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and other inflammatory factors in the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the level of the observation group was lower after treatment(t=7.879,5.493,P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with rhEGF eye drops in the treatment of senile cataract patients has an important role in improving corneal injury after surgery,and promoting endothelial cell repair.
