精细化医院设计——医院改扩建的设计策略

LEAN HOSPITAL DESIGN:DESIGN STRATEGY OF HOSPITAL RENOVATION AND EXPANSION

随着社会经济和医疗技术的不断发展,人们对于医疗环境和治疗效果的需求提升,越来越多的医院需要进行院区的扩容和升级。但是,医院作为一个复杂而庞大的体系,并受城市内发展用地的制约,将其拆除新建会带来巨大的经济损失及资源浪费。因此,医院的改扩建成为城市中心区域医院的必然选择。本文通过分析医院改扩建项目面临的问题及挑战,借鉴国内外的成功案例,结合改扩建项目的工程经验,提出了医院改扩建项目中的精细化设计策略,从而对今后医院的改扩建项目做出指导。

With the continuous development of social economy and medical technology,people’s demand for medical environment and treatment effect is increased,and more and more hospitals need to expand and upgrade their districts.However,as a complex and huge system,and restricted by the development of land in the city,the demolition of the new general hospital will bring huge economic losses and waste of resources,so the reconstruction and expansion of the hospital has become the inevitable choice of the regional hospital in the city center.This paper analyzes the problems and challenges faced by hospital reconstruction and expansion projects,draws lessons from successful reconstruction and expansion cases at home and abroad,and summarizes the engineering experience of reconstruction and expansion projects,and puts forward the refined design strategy in hospital reconstruction and expansion projects,so as to provide guidance for future hospital reconstruction and expansion projects.
