摘要
本文以新冠肺炎疫情中出现的“方舱医院”等现象为引,对影响建筑空间使用的要素进行反思,从而提出了医疗建筑改扩建中的“时空平衡”理论;然后文章结合当下医疗行业的发展趋势,对医疗建筑在使用过程中的失衡原因进行了分析,对常见“失衡态”进行举例探讨,从而得出“时空四维重塑”策略;再结合设计实践对相关策略进行展开分析。
Based on the phenomenon of"cabin hospital"during the COVID-19 epidemic,this paper reflects on several factors affecting the use of building space,and puts forward the theory of"spatiotemporal balance"in the reconstruction and expansion of hospital buildings.Then,combined with the current development trend of the medical industry,this paper analyzes the causes of its imbalance,and discusses several common examples of"unbalanced states",so as to sorts out the corresponding strategies.At the end of this paper,several recent design practices are introduced as examples.
