城市更新背景下北京地区医院建筑的发展契机与挑战

THE ANALYSIS ON DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES OF HOSPITAL BUILDINGS IN BEIJING DISTRICT UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF URBAN RENEWAL

北京地区近年的城市发展对医院建设影响巨大,不仅改变了医院地理空间分布,促使中心城区医院由“临床型”转向“研究型”,还对医院空间形态设计提出了更多、更严的要求,加上疫情后管控措施带来的使用问题,医疗功能效率至上的传统医院规划设计思维已难以应对,医院建筑发展面临新挑战与新契机。本文基于团队在新冠肺炎疫情前后对北京地区医院的调研,梳理、分析城市更新背景下医院建设变化与需要解决的主要问题,并就解决方式提出建议。

In recent years,urban development of Beijing District has had a huge impact on hospital construction,which not only changes the geographical distribution of them,promotes the transformation of hospitals in central urban areas from"clinical"to"research-oriented",but also puts forward new requirements for the spatial design of hospitals.Coupled with the use problems caused by post-epidemic control measures,it is difficult for the traditional concepts of hospital planning focusing on medical functional efficiency to deal with.The development of hospital architecture is facing new opportunities and challenges.Based on the team’s survey of hospitals in Beijing district before and after the epidemic,this paper comprehensively sorts out and analyzes the development and changes of hospital construction under the background of urban renewal,and figures out the main problems that need to be solved,then puts forward suggestions on how to solve them.
