我国大型医用设备配置及使用管理现状探讨

Discussion on the Allocation and Use Management of Large Medical Equipment in China

大型医用设备的合理配置与使用对卫生事业发展具有重要意义。通过梳理总结我国大型医用设备管理的发展历程与主要特点,分析我国大型医用设备2017年全国配置量、2018—2020年规划新增配置量以及医疗机构乙类设备使用情况抽样调查结果。为完善我国大型医用设备配置与使用管理体系,提出要推动大型医用设备精细化、全周期管理,制定科学、合理的长期配置规划,保障公平性与可及性,警惕诱导需求问题,提高设备使用效率。

Reasonable allocation and use of large medical equipment are of great significance to the development of health services.It summarizes the development process and main characteristics of large medical equipment management in China,analyzes the national allocation of large medical equipment in 2017,the planned new allocation of 2018—2020,and the sampling survey results of the use of category B large medical equipment.To improve Chinese large medical equipment allocation and use management system,it is proposed to promote the refined and full-cycle management of large medical equipment,formulate scientific and reasonable long-term allocation planning,ensure equity and accessibility,warn the induced demand issues,and improve the usage efficiency.
