摘要
目的分析广东省卫生人才“组团式”紧密型帮扶的中期工作成效,发现存在的问题并提出有针对性的建议。方法基于专家对54家支援医院和78家县级受援医院的平均评分,重点对受援医院得分进行描述性统计。结果受援医院在组织管理、人才队伍建设、医疗服务能力、医院管理水平方面得分较高,均值分别为16.42分、13.83分、21.22分和13.69分,所占的满分百分比均高于85%,最高达96.6%;信息化建设及加分项得分较低,均值分别为6.44分和3.49分,所占的满分百分比分别为71.6%和34.9%。结论帮扶工作有一定成效,但仍需进一步加强制度管理,细化帮扶工作流程,建立长效学习机制,缩小各医院在信息化建设上的差距,从“输血式”支援向“造血式”支援转变。
Objective By analyzing the mid-term effectiveness of the“group-type”intensive support for health talents in Guangdong Province,to explore the existing problems,and put forward targeted suggestions.Methods Based on the average score of 54 supporting hospitals and 78 county-level receiving hospitals by experts,the score of the assisted hospitals was mainly statistically descriptive.Results The assisted hospitals scored higher in organizational management,personnel construction,medical service capacity and hospital management level,with average scores of 16.42,13.83,21.22 and 13.69 respectively,and the percentages were above 85%,up to 96.6%.The scores were lower in information construction and bonus items,with averages of 6.44 and 3.49,accounting for71.6% and 34.9% of the full score.Conclusion The assistance work is effective,but still needs to further strengthen the system management,meticulously assist the work process,establish a long-term learning mechanism,reduce the gap in information construction,and finally lead the assistance to change from blood transfusion support to hematopoietic support.
