摘要
目的:探讨大鼠心肌功能障碍模型的超声斑点追踪评价体系的建立与应用价值。方法:48只清洁级SD大鼠随机平分为三组:正常组、阿霉素低剂量组、阿霉素高剂量组,其中阿霉素低剂量组、阿霉素高剂量组按12 g/kg给予腹腔注射浓度为1 g/ml、2 g/ml的盐酸阿霉素溶液,正常组按6 ml/kg给予腹腔注射0.9%生理盐水。结果:三组的室间隔厚度(IVS)、左房内径(LA)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPW)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)等常规超声指标对比差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。阿霉素低剂量组、阿霉素高剂量组的左心室收缩期前壁与后壁径向应变率都低于正常组(均P<0.05),阿霉素高剂量组低于阿霉素低剂量组(P<0.05)。阿霉素低剂量组、阿霉素高剂量组的血清羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平都高于正常组(均P<0.05),阿霉素高剂量组高于阿霉素低剂量组(P<0.05)。在阿霉素低剂量组、阿霉素高剂量组32只大鼠中,Pearson分析显示左心室收缩期前壁、后壁径向应变率与CK、LDH、HBDH存在负相关性(均P<0.05)。结论:超声斑点追踪技术能有效评价大鼠心肌功能障碍模型的心功能,左心室收缩期径向应变率与血液心肌功能生化指标存在相关性,具有很好的应用价值。
Objective:To explore the establishment and application value of ultrasonic speckle tracking evaluation system for rat myocardial dysfunction model.Methods:48 cases of clean SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,low-dose adriamycin group,high-dose adriamycin group.The low-dose adriamycin group and the high-dose adriamycin group received intraperitoneal injection of 1 g/ml and 2 g/ml adriamycin hydrochloride solution at 12 g/kg,while the normal group received intraperitoneal injection of 0.9%normal saline at 6 ml/kg.Results:There was no significant difference between the three groups in terms of interventricular septum thickness(IVS),left atrial diameter(LA),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPW)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)(all P>0.05).The radial strain rates of left ventricular anterior and posterior wall during systole in low-dose and high-dose adriamycin groups were lower than those in normal group(all P<0.05),while those in high-dose adriamycin group were lower than those in low-dose adriamycin group(all P<0.05).The levels of serum hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(HBDH),creatine kinase(CK)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in low-dose and high-dose adriamycin groups were higher than those in normal group(all P<0.05),while those in high-dose adriamycin group were higher than those in low-dose adriamycin group(all P<0.05).Pearson analysis of 32 rats in the low-dose and high-dose adriamycin groups showed a negative correlation between the radial strain rates of the anterior and posterior walls of the left ventricle during systole and CK,LDH,HBDH(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic speckle tracking technology can effectively evaluate the cardiac function of the rat myocardial dysfunction model.The radial strain rate of the left ventricle during systole is correlated with the biochemical indicators of blood myocardial function,which has good application value.
