摘要 新时代研究生辅导员专业化素养提升,是适应研究生教育高质量发展的时代选择、遵循研究生教育独特规律的必然要求、满足研究生辅导员队伍可持续发展的内在需要。由于研究生辅导员队伍建设尚未得到足够重视、队伍构成复杂且不够稳定、个体发展动力有待加强等原因,需要有效提升研究生辅导员专业化素养、选优配强研究生辅导员队伍、持续激发研究生辅导员内生动力、着力打造研究生辅导员成长共同体。 Improvement of professional literacy on the part of postgraduate advisors is demanded by the high quality development of postgraduate education in the new era,the unique laws of postgraduate education,and the sustainable development of the team itself.Currently,not enough attention is paid to the building of the postgraduate advisors team,which is not only complex in structure but also not stable and lacking in motivation.It is necessary to build a strong outstanding team of postgraduate advisors,constantly improve their professional literacy and stimulate their inner drive,and encourage them to form a growth community.
