摘要
借助思维可视化“图”工具,以“要素提取→样态分析/关系厘清→结构建构”的步骤反身思考高校辅导员的育人实践,可以实现育人实践活动的合理性确证与高校辅导员本质力量的发展。思维可视化的“图”工具可分为“历时图”和“共时图”两类,思维可视化的步骤与“从后思考”具有一致的逻辑理路,适用于高校辅导员实践反思能力的提升,但也需要注意工具的局限性。
With visual thinking tools,college advisors can reflect back on their educational practice following the steps of“extraction of elements→analysis of patterns/relationships→structure construction”and confirm the rationality of their practice and enhance their essential power.Visual thinking tools can be either“diachronic”or“synchronic”.Since the visualization steps of thinking are of the same nature as the logic of“backward thinking”,visualization of thinking can be used to improve college advisors retrospective ability despite its limitations.
