基于激光全息技术的桥梁基桩受载力应变规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了加深对桥梁基桩受载力应变规律的研究,解决桥梁基桩受载力检测过程较为缓慢且效果不佳的问题。因此,进行基于激光全息技术的桥梁基桩受载力应变规律研究。以CCD相机为主要的激光检测设备,对其,引入凯斯法优化桥梁基桩受载力算法,融合合理调试后的CCD相机,确定相关系数的计算范围,实现激光全息检测,以此获得桥梁基桩受载力应变规律,实验结果表明,桥梁基桩受载力应变规律激光全息检测方法应用后,无论是在冬季还是在夏季,本方法的响应时间最长仅为15 s,应变规律检测误差控制在5%以内,平均清晰度97.54,可以精确检测出其受载力应变规律。 In order to deepen research on load-bearing strain law of bridge foundation pile and solve the problem that load-bearing detection process of bridge foundation pile is relatively slow and its poor effect. Therefore, based on laser holography technology, load-bearing strain law of bridge foundation pile is studied. Taking CCD camera as main laser detection equipment, the Keyes process is introduced to optimize algorithm of load-bearing of bridge foundation pile. The CCD camera after reasonable debugging is fused to determine calculation range of correlation coefficient, so as to realize laser holographic detection and to obtain the load-bearing strain law of bridge foundation pile. The experimental results show that laser holographic detection method is effective after application of load-bearing strain law of bridge foundation pile. No matter in winter or summer, the maximum response time in this method is only 15 s, the detection error of strain law is controlled within 5%, and the average definition is 97.54, which can accurately detect the load-bearing strain law.
