基于激光雷达的隧道相贯线光多路光束自动准直计算方法

摘要 传统隧道相贯线光自动准直计算方法存在计算精度差,准直计算效率不佳问题,为此,设计一种隧道相贯线光多路光束自动准直计算方法。构建隧道相贯线光准直计算激光雷达方程进行信号采集;通过模糊消除方法实现激光雷达测量距离与光斑能量中心数值的校准,完成了隧道相贯线光多路光束自动准直计算。为了验证隧道相贯线光多路光束自动准直计算方法的有效性,设计对比实验。实验结果表明,实验次数为2次时,本方法的准直后测量偏差为1 mm,准直后测量偏差为2.7 mm,本方法的计算精度高达93%。 The traditional tunnel intersecting line light automatic collimation calculation method has poor calculation accuracy and poor collimation calculation efficiency. Therefore, this paper designs a tunnel intersecting line light multi-path automatic beam collimation calculation method.Construct the laser radar equation for the light collimation calculation of the tunnel intersecting line for signal acquisition;realize the calibration of the laser radar measurement distance and the energy center value of the light spot through the blur elimination method, and complete the automatic collimation calculation of the tunnel intersecting line light multi-path beam.In order to verify the validity of the calculation method for the automatic collimation of multiple beams of the intersecting line of the tunnel, a comparative experiment was designed. The experimental results show that when the number of experiments is two, the measurement deviation after collimation is 1 mm, and the measurement deviation after collimation is 2.7 mm. The calculation accuracy of this method is as high as 93%.
