三臂凿岩台车在隧道施工中的应用

Application of Three-arm Rock Drilling Rig in Tunnel Construction

开挖成本在铁路隧道施工成本中占很大比例,为了降低项目成本,用三臂凿岩台车代替人工开挖是大势所趋。本文结合大尖山隧道工程水文地质情况和施工工艺,从安全、经济、技术等方面进行对比分析,介绍三臂凿岩台车在隧道施工中的成功应用,为其它隧道的钻爆施工提供借鉴。

Excavation costs account for a large proportion of the construction costs of railway tunnels.In order to reduce project costs,it is the general trend to replace manual excavation with three-arm rock drilling rigs.Based on the hydrogeological conditions and construction technology of Dajianshan Tunnel Engineering,this paper makes a comparative analysis from the aspects of safety,economy and technology,introduces the successful application of the three-arm rock drilling rig in tunnel construction,and provides reference for the drilling and blasting construction of other tunnels.
