摘要
针对燕郊润达云创中心房建项目基坑深度大,基坑附近有房屋建筑结构,且环保要求严格的工程实际,综合权衡造价、环保、施工可行性,初步确定了大直径钢管桩结合锚索的支护方案。经过计算,支护结构的强度、水平位移和稳定性均满足要求,且基坑附近房屋基础位置的地表沉降量不到2 mm,保证了周边房屋的安全。此外,还针对临近北京环保要求严格的情况,在抑制扬尘和降噪方面制定了相应的施工方案。这些可为有相似要求的建筑基坑支护方案设计和施工提供参考。
In view of the engineering practice of the housing construction project of Run Da Yunchuang Center building project in Yanjiao,which has a deep foundation pit,buildings and structures near the foundation pit,and strict environmental protection requirements,the supporting scheme of large-diameter steel pipe piles combined with anchor cables is preliminarily determined based on the comprehensive balance of cost,environmental protection and construction feasibility.After calculation,the strength,horizontal displacement and stability of the support structure meet the requirements,and the ground settlement of the foundation position of the building near the foundation pit is less than 2mm,which ensures the safety of the surrounding buildings.In addition,in view of the strict environmental protection requirements near Beijing,the corresponding construction scheme has been formulated in terms of dust suppression and noise reduction.These can provide reference for the design and construction of foundation pit support scheme with similar requirements.
