高铁小半径曲线在动态验收中轨道不平顺研究

摘要 在武咸城际铁路联调联期间,在庙山火车站的CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道小半径曲线轨道精调过程中,连续出现三角坑Ⅱ级超限,最多一次动态110 m缓和曲线上检查出现三角坑Ⅱ级超限28处,我单位进行大量的精调,而后接连几天动态检查时间里,精调结果非常不理想,三角坑Ⅱ级超限一直存在。从路局联调联试指挥部、建设单位、铁科院、设计单位、设备接管单位到施工单位都非常着急,最后通过联合检查,根据动轨检车检查原理,最终发现了三角坑的漂移原因。 During the joint adjustment of the Wuhan-Xianning Intercity Railway,the class II overrun of the triangle pit occurred continuously during the fine adjustment of the small radius curve track of the CRTS III slab ballastless track at the Miaoshan Railway Station,and 28 points of class II overrun of triangular pits were found on the dynamic 110m transition curve at most.After several days of dynamic inspection,the fine adjustment result remained unsatisfactory,and the level II over limit of the triangle pit always existed.The joint commissioning and testing headquarters of the road bureau,the construction unit,the Academy of Railway Sciences,the design unit,the equipment takeover unit to the construction unit were all very anxious.Finally,through the joint inspection,according to the inspection principle of the moving rail inspection vehicle,the reason of the drifting of the triangle pit was finally found.
