摘要
前厅部是酒店业的枢纽部门,《前厅服务与管理》课程是全面掌握前厅服务规范与前厅部管理业务的核心课程。本课程的总体设计基于席勒的五段教学法,即预备、提示、联系、总结、应用。并在此基础上依据本课程内容,将其提炼为“问、讲、演、练、评”五步教学法。以每个学习任务为起端,通过课堂导入(问)——理论讲解(讲)——案例演示(演)——小组练习(练)——总结互评(评)这五个教学环节,完成理论知识与操作技能的同步学习与提升。并从教学理念、教学内容、教学形式三方面对五步教学法在云课堂的实施进行评价。
The front office is the central department of the hotel industry.The course of Service and Management in the Front Office is the core course in Hotel Management.The design basis of this course is Schiller’s five-stage method including preparation,connection,annotation,summary and application.Based on the course,we summarizes the five-step teaching method into asking,speaking,demonstrating,practicing and evaluating.In this paper,we evaluated the implementation of the five-step teaching method in the cloud classroom from three aspects:teaching concept,teaching content and teaching methods.
