不同浓度赤霉素对山药种薯发芽的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨适宜用于破除山药块茎休眠的赤霉素(GA_(3))浓度,以福建地方山药品种“六月薯”为试验材料,设不同浓度(0、100、200 mg/L)的GA_(3)处理,比较其对块茎休眠的影响。结果表明:100、200 mg/L GA_(3)处理均能快速且显著提高块茎内源GA_(3)含量,显著改变茎段的休眠强度和休眠幅度,休眠强度分别缩短了7.35 d和10.05 d,休眠幅度分别缩短了10.25 d和12.25 d,使其较集中通过休眠,出芽整齐。随着GA_(3)浓度升高,芽伸长加快,当浓度为200 mg/L时,芽茎呈细长瘦弱态势。综合分析得出,破除“六月薯”休眠的理想赤霉素浓度为100 mg/L,可有效缩短休眠时间,提高出芽整齐度,且有助于培育壮苗。 In order to explore the suitable concentration of gibberellin (GA_(3)) for breaking dormancy of the yam tubers,the local yam cultivar ’Liuyueshu’ from Fujian province was used as experimental material,and different concentrations (0,100,200 mg/L) of GA_(3)were used to compare the effects on tuber dormancy.The results showed that both 100 and 200 mg/L GA_(3)treatments could rapidly and significantly increase the content of endogenous GA_(3)of the yam tubers,and also significantly changed the dormancy intensity and dormancy amplitude of the stem segment as well.After treatment with 100 and 200 mg/L GA_(3),the dormancy intensity was shortened by 7.35 d and 10.05 d,and the dormancy amplitude was shortened by 10.25 d and 12.25 d,respectively,and the shoots passed through dormancy more intensively and sprouted orderly.The bud elongation accelerated with the increase of GA_(3)concentration,while the concentration of GA_(3)reached 200 mg/L,the tuber buds displayed slender and weak.In conclusion,the optimum concentration of GA_(3)to break the dormancy of tuber of ’Liuyueshu’ was 100 mg/L,which could effectively shorten the dormancy time,improve the sprouting regularity and help to cultivate strong seedlings of yam.
