打破传统农业发展瓶颈,促进农业产业数字化转型是我国农业未来发展的理想出路。作为推进农业产业数字化转型的核心动力,数字农业关键技术无疑承载着实现中国数字农业战略的重担。在“十四五”期间,数字农业关键技术需以核心基础、支撑动力、运作载体为指引,实现农业农村创新发展。有鉴于此,相关部门应借助数字农业关键技术发展大势,重点从加强关键技术基础研究战略布局、加快推进农村数字经济新基建、促进数字农业关键技术主体协同等方面出发,实现由“盆景”到“风景”的发展。

Breaking the bottleneck of traditional agricultural development and promoting the digital transformation of agricultural industry is an ideal way out for the future development of agriculture in China.As the core driving force to promote the digital transformation of agricultural industry, the key technologies of digital agriculture undoubtedly bear the burden of realizing China’s digital agriculture strategy.During the “14 th Five-Year Plan” period, the key technologies of digital agriculture need to be guided by the core foundation, supporting power and operation carrier to realize the innovative development of agriculture and rural areas.In view of this, relevant departments should take advantage of the development trend of key technologies of digital agriculture, focus on strengthening the strategic layout of basic research on key technologies, promoting the new infrastructure of rural digital economy, and promoting the coordination of key technology subjects of digital agriculture, so as to realize the development from “bonsai” to “landscape”.
