黄河流域经济高质量发展水平差异分析

Analysis on the Difference of Economic High-quality Development Level in the Yellow River Basin

黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展是我国区域重大战略。通过构建黄河流域经济高质量发展指数,分析2011~2019年黄河流域经济高质量发展水平,研究结论表明,黄河流域经济高质量发展总体水平呈上升趋势,各维度对经济高质量发展水平的贡献存在差异。其中,经济发展条件维度和经济发展开放性维度对黄河流域经济高质量发展水平的贡献呈显著下降趋势。此外,黄河流域上、中、下游地区经济高质量发展特征差异较大,9个省份经济高质量发展水平逐渐形成高、中、低三种类型。因此,全面推动黄河流域经济高质量发展需要采取针对性与差异性措施以应对不同类型省份在各维度的实际状况。

Ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin are important regional strategies in China.By constructing a high-quality economic development index for the Yellow River Basin, and analyzing the high-quality economic development level of the Yellow River Basin from 2011 to 2019,the research conclusions show that the overall level of high-quality economic development in the Yellow River Basin is on the rise, and various dimensions have contributed to the high-quality economic development level.difference.Among them, the economic development condition dimension and the economic development openness dimension have shown a significant downward trend in their contribution to the high-quality economic development of the Yellow River Basin.In addition, the characteristics of high-quality economic development in the upper, middle, and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin are quite different.The nine provinces have gradually formed three types of high-quality economic development: high, medium, and low.Therefore, to comprehensively promote the high-quality economic development of the Yellow River Basin requires targeted and differentiated measures to deal with the actual conditions of different types of provinces in various dimensions.
