摘要
研究生是实现高水平科技自立自强的重要力量,研究生创新能力评价改革是推进实现新时代人才强国战略目标过程中的一项核心议题。知识生产模式转型对创新人才培养提出了更高的要求,高校研究生创新能力评价面临诸多挑战:评价主体需要由单一走向多元,评价内容需要由遮蔽走向全面,评价范式需要由同行走向跨界。顺应知识生产模式转型的新要求,优化研究生创新能力评价机制,应突出国家需求导向。构建开放多元的评价体系,积极探索第三方评估。
Graduate students are an important force for achieving high-level technological self-reliance, The reform of the evaluation of graduate students’ innovative ability is a core issue in the process of advancing the realization of the strategic goal of strengthening the country with talents in the new era.The transformation of the knowledge production model puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of innovative talents, and the evaluation of graduate students’ innovative ability in colleges and universities faces many challenges: the subject of evaluation needs to change from single to multiple;To comply with the new requirements of the transformation of knowledge production mode, optimize the evaluation mechanism of graduate students’ innovation ability, highlight the national demand orientation, build an open and diversified evaluation system, and actively explore third-party evaluation.
