创新链与资金链融合的路径研究--基于区域创新生态系统共生理论框架的组态分析

Research on the Path of Integration of Innovation Chain and Capital Chain:Configuration Analysis Based on the Symbiosis Theoretical Framework of Regional Innovation Ecosystem

围绕创新链完善资金链是实现创新驱动发展战略的重要路径,如何加强创新链与资金链融合受到广泛关注。基于区域创新生态系统共生理论,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA),探析多重因素并发影响创新链与资金链融合的复杂因果机制。研究表明:(1)主体协同、创新载体、创新平台、政府环境和融资环境,均不构成驱动创新链与资金链融合的必要条件;(2)存在3条驱动创新链与资金链高度融合的路径:载体-政府驱动型、平台-主体协同驱动型、载体-平台驱动型;(3)存在1条驱动创新链与资金链非高度融合的路径:政府-平台抑制型。从组态视角,探究多重因素并发对创新链与资金链融合的影响,研究结论为加强创新链与资金链高度融合的实现路径提供借鉴参考。

Perfecting the capital chain around the innovation chain is a pivotal path to realize the innovation-driven development strategy.How to promote the integration of innovation chain and capital chain has got a lot of attention.Based on the symbiosis theory of regional innovation ecosystem, this study adopt fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)to explore the complex causal mechanism of multiple factors that affect the integration of innovation chain and capital chain.The results show that:(1)none of main body coordination, innovation carrier, innovation platform, government size and financing environment alone could constitute the necessary condition for high integration of innovation chain and capital chain;(2)the driving mechanism of high integration of innovation chain and capital chain is divided into three pathways: carrier-government dominant path, platform-main body coordination dominant path and carrier-platform dominant path;(3)the driving mechanism of not-high integration of innovation chain and capital chain is divided into three pathways: government-platform restrictive path.This study explores the impact of multiple factors concurrency on the integration of innovation chain and capital chain from the perspective of configuration, and the conclusion of the study provides reference for the realization path of the high integration of the innovation chain and the capital chain.
