摘要
本文收集弥勒市林下仿野生种植三七的标本点数据和气候变量数据,在MaxEnt(最大熵模型)获得三七潜在分布区的基础上,采用弥勒市森林资源二类调查数据提取地类、森林类别、郁闭度、坡位、坡度、坡向等信息,利用GIS(地理信息系统)进行叠加分析,以获得三七在弥勒市林下仿野生种植的潜在分布适生区。研究显示:(1)MaxEnt计算结果经ROC曲线分析法验证,生态位模型的AUC值为0.948,表明弥勒市三七潜在分布适生区预测效果较好,预测结果可信度高;且影响三七分布的关键气候因子主要是最冷季平均温度(Bio 11)、最干季平均温度(Bio 9)和年均温(Bio 1)。(2)通过叠加二类调查数据后分析得出,三七在弥勒市林下仿野生种植的最适宜和较适宜地区主要分布于弥勒市北部和西部以及东部高海拔地区,两个区所占比例分别为7.04%和7.61%。本研究结果可为弥勒市三七的林下仿野生种植及规划提供精确的地块选择,并为其它物种的林下仿野生种植区选择提供技术参考。
Sampling point of Panax pseudoginseng var.notoginseng,climatic variables data had been collected to predict the potential distribution area of P.pseudoginseng var.notoginseng using MaxEnt, and carried out overlay analysis based on type, forest type, canopy density, slope position, slope, slope direction information extracting from forest inventory data in Mile city of Yunnan province based on GIS.Then adaptive area planting with imitative wild under forests for P.pseudoginseng var.notoginseng had been obtained.The results showed that:(1)the MaxEnt calculation results are verified by the analysis method of ROC curve.The average AUC(Area under curve)value of the niche model is 0.948,which indicates that the prediction has a good performance.The key climatic factors which effect the species distribution are mainly the average temperature of the cold season(Bio11),the average temperature of dry season(Bio9)and Annual mean temperature(Bio1);(2)According to the adaptive area prediction map derived overlay analysis by GIS,the most suitable area and the more suitable area for planting P.pseudoginseng var.notoginseng under forests in Mile city are mainly located in the northwest and west regions, and the higher elevation area in the east, the area percentage is 7.04% and 7.61% respectively.This study provides an accurate plots selection method for planting P.pseudoginseng var.notoginseng under forests in Mile city, and a reference for adaptive area selection for planting other species under forests.
