On Building a Safety Fortress to Win the"Group Operation"of Distribution Network

为达到供电可靠性要求,完成持续处于高位的配网检修施工任务,提出配网综合检修集团化作战模式。该模式克服了组织难、管控难、协同难等诸多问题,创新管控手段,从安全“作战方案”、安全“作战堡垒”、安全“作战防线”三个方面,构筑了安全堡垒,为打赢配网“集团化作战”打下坚实基础。

In order to effectively deal with the requirements of power supply reliability and complete the construction task of continuous heavy workload in the maintenance of distribution network,a group operation mode for comprehensive maintenance activities concerning distribution network is proposed.The model overcomes many problems such as difficulty in organization,control and coordination,innovates management and control means,and constructs a"safety fortress"in terms of three aspects:safety"battle plan",safety"Battle Fortress"and safety"battle line",so as to lay a solid foundation for winning the"group operation"of distribution network.
