摘要
类器官又称“培养皿中的器官”,因其能够在体外模拟组织器官的生理功能及病理状态,近年来受到国内外学者的广泛关注,被誉为“最佳的临床前模型”。类器官已广泛应用至生命科学及临床医学研究领域,2017年被《Nature》杂志评选为年度最佳生物学技术,成为继人体、动物、细胞之后的全新研究模式体系。中医药以整体观念和辨证论治指导临床实践,依赖于动物和细胞模型的基础研究具有较大局限性,文章从中医学视角出发,探讨类器官模式体系在中医药研究中的应用方向和重要价值,为实现中医药研究的创新突破提供新的思路。
Organoid, also known as ‘organs in dish’, has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad in recent years because of it can simulate the physiological function and pathological state of tissues and organs in vitro. And it is also known as ‘the best preclinical model’. Organoid has been widely used in the field of life science and clinical medicine, and was selected as the best biological technology of the year by Nature magazine in 2017. It has become a new research model system after human body, animal and cell. Traditional Chinese medicine guides clinical practice with ‘holistic concept’ and ‘treatment based on syndrome differentiation’. There are great limitations in scientific research on animals and cell models. This paper pays attention to the research field of traditional Chinese medicine, discusses the application perspectives and important value of organoid model system. In order to provide new ideas for the innovation and breakthrough of traditional Chinese medicine research.
