摘要
特发性肺纤维化(IPF)是一种与严重的呼吸困难和运动能力有限相关的进行性疾病。由于发病率、病死率高和预后不良而引起人们重视。IPF受遗传、吸烟、年龄、自然环境、职业暴露等因素的影响,发病因素繁杂,发病机制繁琐,通路颇多;现大致总结C-Jun信号通路、MAPK信号通路、PI3K/Akt信号通路、TGF-β/Smad信号通路、Wnt信号通路、Shh信号通路、Notch信号通路、p53信号通路等。文章着重分析IPF的复杂网络发病机制与络病理论的联系,以期为中医治疗IPF提供全新的思路和方法。
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) is a progressive disease which is associated with significant expiratory dyspnea and limited exercise capacity. People pay more attention to it because its high prevalence, high fatality rate and poor prognosis. IPF is affected by genetic factors, smoking, age, environment, occupational exposure and other factors. There are many pathogenic factors, complex pathogenesis and various pathways. Currently, they are roughly summarized as C-Jun signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, PI3K/Akt signaling pathway, TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway, Wnt signaling pathway, Shh signaling pathway, Notch signaling pathway, p53 signaling pathway, and so on. This paper focuses on the relationship between the complex network pathogenesis of IPF and the theory of collateral disease. It provides a new idea and method to treat IPF with traditional Chinese medicine.
