以太阳经病症为例探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重早期辨治规律

慢性阻塞性肺疾病与中医学肺胀一病较为类似,随着对该疾病研究的不断深入,各学会也发布了相关的诊疗指南、专家共识等指导其治疗。目前,以六经和经方角度为切入点对慢性阻塞性肺疾病进行研究仍然较少,文章拟从六经之太阳经病症入手,结合涉及到的条文及方证,探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重早期辨治规律,以期能更好地指导临床。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is similar to pulmonary distension in traditional Chinese medicine. With the deepening of research on this disease, relevant diagnosis and treatment guidelines and expert consensus have been issued by various societies to guide its treatment. At present, there are still few studies on COPD from the perspective of six meridians and prescription. This paper intends to discuss the early differentiation and treatment rules of acute exacerbation of COPD from the perspective of six meridians and prescription, in order to better guide clinical practice.
