国医大师洪广祥辨治哮喘过敏体质经验

Experience of TCM master HONG Guang-xiang in treating allergic constitution of asthma

过敏体质是支气管哮喘产生及反复发作的重要原因。国医大师洪广祥根据长期的临床实践提出:口唇红艳如胭、舌质红暗是哮喘患者过敏体质的特征性表现;血分瘀热是哮喘过敏体质的病机特征;临证以丹赤紫草汤、麻黄连翘赤小豆汤为主,辨证加减治疗,取得较满意的疗效。

Allergic constitution is an important cause of bronchial asthma and recurrent attacks. According to long-term clinical practice, TCM master HONG Guang-xiang proposed that rosy lips and red tongue are the characteristic manifestations of allergic constitution in asthma patients;Blood stasis and heat were the pathogenesis characteristics of allergic constitution of asthma;Danchi Zicao Decoction and Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction were the main clinical syndromes, and the curative effect was satisfactory.
