国医大师韦贵康以“脊督一体”整体观论治腰椎间盘突出症经验

TCM master WEI Gui-kang’s experience in treating lumbar disc herniation with the holistic view of ‘integration of spine and governor’

腰椎间盘突出症是骨伤科常见病和多发病,属中医“腰痛病”的范畴,与脊柱和督脉有着密切的联系。文章基于韦贵康教授提出的“脊督一体”论,从整体观念探析腰椎间盘突出症的诊治思路,以期能总结国医大师韦贵康教授治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手法特点和用药思路,积极传承和探索传统中医正骨手法结合中药对治疗腰椎间盘突出症的优势。

Lumbar disc herniation is a common and frequently occurring disease in orthopedics. It belongs to the category of ‘lumbago’ in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), and is closely related to spine and governor vessel. Based on the theory of ‘integration of spine and governor’ put forward by professor WEI Gui-kang, this paper analyzes the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar disc herniation from the perspective of holistic concept, in order to summarize the characteristics of manipulation and medication of TCM master WEI Gui-kang in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and actively inherit and explore the advantages of TCM bonesetting manipulation combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
