摘要
多系统萎缩是一组具有特征性临床表现的神经系统变性病,在临床诊疗中通过脉诊气机辨识发现大气下陷是该病大多数患者的共同特点。文章从大气下陷角度出发,探讨其与多系统萎缩的病机关联,分析多系统萎缩大气下陷证患者的临床表现、诊断依据,并参考脉象信息揭示其所代表的机体状态的内涵,总结证治经验,以期为临床辨证论治提供新的思路和方法。
Multiple system atrophy(MSA) is a group of neurodegenerative diseases with characteristic clinical manifestations. In clinical diagnosis and treatment, through the identification of pulse, it is found that the common feature of most patients with MSA is qi subsidence. From the perspective of qi subsidence, this paper discusses the pathogenesis of multiple system atrophy, analyzes the clinical manifestations and diagnostic basis of patients with qi subsidence syndrome of multiple system atrophy, reveals the connotation of the body state represented by it with reference to pulse information, and summarizes the experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment, so as to provide new ideas and methods for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
