严隽陶“杂合以治”学术思想在康复医学中的运用揆疏

Application of YAN Jun-tao’s academic thought of ‘treating by mixing’ in rehabilitation medicine

文章介绍严隽陶教授“杂合以治”学术思想在康复医学中的运用。严教授推崇“衷中参西”的理念,秉承“杂合以治”的思想,提出“杂合而康”的观点,崇尚中西医多种疗法下“君臣佐使”的疗法配伍理念制订康复处方,同时重视预防康复观,综合全面地预防、治疗、康复疾病,以达人体形神功能和社会活动能力的全面恢复。严教授“杂合以治”学术思想对康复临床具有深远的指导意义,现初步总结以期更好地传承老专家的学术经验,推动中国特色康复医学的发展。

This article introduces the application of professor YAN Jun-tao’s academic thought of ‘treating by mixing’ in rehabilitation medicine. Professor YAN advocates the concept of ‘integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine’,the thought of ‘treating by mixing’, the idea of ‘rehabilitation by mixing’ and the concept of ‘monarch, minister, assistant and guide’ to formulate rehabilitation prescriptions under the various therapies of Chinese and Western medicine. At the same time,pay attention to the viewpoint of prevention and rehabilitation, prevents and rehabilitates diseases comprehensively, in order to achieve the full recovery of human body and spirit functions and social activities. Professor YAN’s academic thought of ‘treating by mixing’ has far-reaching guiding significance for clinical rehabilitation. This preliminary summary aims to better pass on the academic experience of famous doctor and promote the development of rehabilitation medicine with Chinese characteristics.
