胰岛素抵抗在动脉斑块形成及进展中作用显著,在心血管疾病的发病机制中发挥重要作用。甘油三酯葡萄糖指数已被证实为胰岛素抵抗的可靠替代指标,与急性冠状动脉综合征的发生发展及预后密切相关,本综述旨在探讨甘油三酯葡萄糖指数与急性冠状动脉综合征之间的关联。

Insulin resistance has the significant effect on the artery plaque formation and progress,and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease(CVD).Triglyceride-glucose index has been confirmed as the reliable alternative indicators of insulin resistance and closely correlate with the development and prognosis of acute coronary artery syndrome.This review aims to investigate the relationship between triglyceride-glucose index and acute coronary syndrome.
