以镍锰酸锂为正极材料的固态电池制备与性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 由于液态电池存在安全隐患,开发新型材料的固态电池成为研究热点。以高电压材料镍锰酸锂作为正极材料,PES-LATP@PVC复合物为固态电解质组装固态锂离子电池,在常温下,利用X射线衍射仪、电化学工作站等测试电池的充放电性能和电化学性能。结果表明:制备的聚合物电解质具有阻燃性;组装的半电池在常温、0.2C电流下的首次充电比容量可达132.0775 mA·h/g,放电比容量为64.7751 mA·h/g,充放电效率为49.04%;循环结束后的电池阻抗为1755Ω,循环伏安(CV)测试表现出明显的氧化还原峰。 The development of solid state battery with new materials has become a hot research topic due to the safety risks of the liquid battery.In this study,solid lithium ion battery is assembled by using high voltage material LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_(4) as cathode material and PES-LATP@PVC complex as solid electrolyte.The charge-discharge performance and electrochemical performance of the battery are tested by X-ray diffractometer and electrochemical workstation at room temperature.The results show that the prepared polymer electrolyte is flame retardant;at room temperature and 0.2C current,the first specific charging capacity and discharging capacity of the assembled half-battery are 132.0775 mA·h/g and 64.7751mA·h/g respectively,the charge-discharge efficiency is 49.04%;after the cycle,the battery impedance is 1755Ω,the CV test shows a significant redox peak.
