计算机信息技术在公立医院档案管理中的应用

随着时代的发展和科技的进步,档案管理工作发生了革命性变化。在计算机信息技术的支持下,档案管理无论是在精确性还是在效率方面都具有明显优势。医院在进行档案管理工作时,逐渐意识到传统纸质档案在归档、存储以及取用环节中存在不足,从而积极构建网络工作平台,研究应用计算机信息技术开展电子化档案管理工作的方法。但是,由于管理人员素质较低等方面的原因,其在档案管理中还未将计算机信息技术的优势实现最大化。为了解决该问题,应从以计算机信息技术为基础创建现代化档案管理模式、以计算机信息技术对档案管理的推荐功能进行优化等方面入手。

With the development of the times and the advancement of science and technology,the archives management work has undergone revolutionary changes.With the support of computer information technology,file management has obvious advantages in terms of accuracy and efficiency.In the process of archives management,the hospital gradually realizes that the traditional paper archives have deficiencies in archiving,storage and access,so they actively build a network work platform and study the method of applying computer information technology to carry out electronic archives management.However,due to the quality of management personnel and other reasons,the advantages of computer information technology have not been maximized in file management.In order to solve this problem,we should start from several aspects,such as creating a modern archives management mode based on computer in formation technology,and optimizing the recommended functions of archives management based on computer informa tion technology.
